Innr launches outdoor power supply with double power

Supply up to ten lamps with power

In recent months Innr has launched three outdoor products compatible with the Philips Hue Bridge. In addition to an outdoor lightstrip, they have also launched spots and, most recently, pedestal lights. Today I would like to present you an accessory for the latest products OPL 130C and OSL 130C.

As you know, the starter sets of the outdoor products each come with a 24 Watt power supply, a ZigBee controller and three spots or pedestal lights. With extensions, the sets could be extended to five outdoor light sources so far.

With the recently introduced outdoor power supply Innr OPS 140, the installation can now be extended to up to ten lamps, as the more powerful power supply delivers up to 48 watts. You can already buy the product at Notebooksbilliger.de for currently 39.99 Euros.

But you can't give up a limitation with it: All connected light sources can only shine in the same colour and brightness, because there is still only one ZigBee controller. And this is exactly where I still see potential for the future.

A ZigBee controller would be great as an additional accessory, that could simply be inserted into the installation at the desired location. Then you could control the first lamps independently of the lamps that follow the second controller.
