Hueblog: The next price increase for Philips Hue is imminent

The next price increase for Philips Hue is imminent

From February, Hue will be more expensive again

We really don’t need to discuss that Philips Hue is expensive fun. But apparently expensive is not yet expensive enough. After the prices were already increased in January 2021 for outdoor products and then in May for almost all other Hue devices, the next price increase is now imminent.

According to my information, Philips Hue will adjust its official price recommendations again on February 1st 2023 – upwards.

Large Hue products to become more expensive starting February 2023

However, unlike last year, it is not supposed to be a price increase of the entire range. Specifically, only large products with many components and many materials are to be affected.

Which products could that be? In terms of pure size, the Gradient Signe floor lamp, the Ensis pendant lamp or the Aurelle and Surimu ceiling panels are probably the frontrunners. Which Philips Hue products will be affected by the price increase in the coming year and how high the increase will be, I will hopefully find out for you.

Check your local Philips Hue Online Store for availability of Hue products in your country. There you will also find all the technical information and prices.
