FabianIn a little more than three weeks it will be time for Halloween. And what is still a relatively small affair here in Germany is celebrated in the USA, for example. Of course, you can provide the right lighting with Philips Hue.
The Halloween scenes launched last year are now available again in the Philips Hue app. To activate the scary scenes, simply open a room of your choice in the Hue app and then tap on the blue icon with the plus symbol in the scenes area. On the following screen, tap on the “Hue Light Scenes Gallery” and you will find the Halloween scenes in the second segment. And these are the six scenes:
- Trick or treat
- Glowing Grins
- Spellbound
- Witching hour
- Pandemonium
- Phantom
In the Glowing Grins and Spellbound scenes, even the candle flicker and fireplace effects are used to create an even creepier atmosphere.
If you want to use the scenes permanently, you can save them in your room and then open them again when they disappear from the light scene gallery.
