Hueblog: Philips Hue 4.10 comes with Christmas scenes

Philips Hue 4.10 comes with Christmas scenes

Spotify integration is also improved

The development team of the Philips Hue app is currently preparing the next update. It is expected that version 4.10 of the Hue app will be released in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store as early as next week. I can already tell you what new features the update will bring.

First of all, we can look forward to an increase in the Hue light scenes gallery, because there will be seven Christmas scenes, which you can also activate as a dynamic scene in your rooms and zones.

Another new feature is the Spotify integration, which is now available for all users. With version 4.10 of the Hue app, you will be able to adjust the general style of the light animation in interaction with Spotify playback. In addition to a classic mode, there is supposed to be a second option with “Pulse”. This is supposed to create a completely new sync experience, but I have not yet been able to try it out myself.
