The light strip is based on CSP (Chip Scale Packaging) technology and creates a completely seamless and uniform lighting effect thanks to an extremely large number of small LEDs.
The Hue OmniGlow Lightstrip uses RGBWWIC technology and can be shortened every 12.5 centimeters. Extensions are not possible. It is suitable for indirect and direct lighting, 17 millimeters wide and 8.5 millimeters high. In addition to the 3-meter version with up to 2,700 lumens, which is already available, the light strip will also be available in 5 and 10-meter versions with up to 4,500 lumens.
