This morning, Philips Hue released another update for its app, version 5.17 is now available in the App Store. There is an exciting new feature that affects the home screen with the room overview. However, there is still a small problem… Let’s first take a look at what Philips Hue is promising with this update.
With the launch of the second generation of Philips Hue Festavia, the manufacturer integrated three new effects into the Hue app last autumn: Glisten, Opal and Prism. Previously, only the latter effect was available for all colourful Hue lamps, while the other two were reserved exclusively for the Festavia string lights.
