Usually, I'm rather reserved about statements coming from customer support. Still, the story Hueblog reader Jakob told me a few weeks ago is highly interesting. So let's take a look back and also forward.
Last week, we talked about the upcoming Philips Hue White. An E27 lamp in the classic Hue form factor and able to produce up to 1,600 lumens of brightness – unfortunately only with a fixed colour temperature of 2,700 Kelvin.

Everyone needs a hobby. On Facebook, Hue fan Sam showed me that smart lighting and classic building blocks can be combined perfectly. When I saw his pictures of the big Millennium Falcon from the Lego Star Wars series, I was just blown away.
