Philips Hue plans these improvements with app version 4.3

Scenes in focus

After version 4.2 of the Philips Hue app was released earlier this month and, among other things, the timers returned, work is now already underway on the next update. Version 4.3 should make it to the App Store in the coming weeks and brings some improvements.

The Hue Light Scene Gallery, the area where you can select the predefined scenes, receives a visual makeover and is supplemented by two new groups with new scenes for Entertainment and Outdoor. Practical: If you save a preset scene in a room and change it, you can also reset it later and undo the changes.

In addition, it will be possible in the room view to tap on a scene with your finger and then move it – similar to how you do it with apps on the home screen of your iPhone or iPad.

Will the dynamic scenes make it into the update?

In addition, there is a hint in the settings about how to switch between several bridges, because as we know, this is no longer possible via the settings, but only via the bridge icon in the home overview.

Whether the dynamic scenes will also make it into the later release of version 4.3 or whether Philips Hue will take a little more time with it, I can’t tell you at the moment.
