FabianIt’s now clear that Philips Hue will officially unveil its new products on Thursday. As in previous years, there will be a media event in Berlin the evening before. Even more products than previously thought could be showcased there.
I stumbled across three listings for the Philips Hue Gradient Signe in a European online store. Unfortunately, these are still very incomplete and provide neither technical specifications, a proper description, nor even any images. The product names, however, already sound more than interesting:
- Hue Gradient Signe Floor Lamp
- Hue Gradient Signe Floor Lamp with Ceiling Mount
- Hue Gradient Signe Pendant Light
At first glance, the simple floor lamp doesn’t sound particularly exciting, of course, since we’re already familiar with the Hue Gradient Signe in this form from previous years. But what’s the deal with the ceiling mount? And will the Hue Gradient Signe pendant light actually be a light bar suspended horizontally in the air? I’m really looking forward to Thursday’s presentation.
Price-wise, we’re definitely in the premium segment here; in the shop in question, the three new Signe variants cost between 290 and 390 euros.
Which new Philips Hue release is your favorite?
In addition to the three Philips Hue Gradient Signe lights—about which we don’t know much yet—quite a few products have popped up at retailers or on the Philips Hue website over the past two weeks. Feel free to share in the comments what you’re most excited about.
I’m looking forward to the new Festavia models and the really pretty rope light. At the same time, I’m curious to see how well the Nanoleaf integration and Hue Screen Sync will work. And I’d definitely put a Hue Go XXL on my patio, too…
