Review: New E27 lamps from Icasa with spiral filament LEDs Highly recommended thanks to White Ambiance and great design

Highly recommended thanks to White Ambiance and great design

Although I suspect that something will happen soon in this direction, Philips Hue has not yet managed to equip a filament lamp with White Ambiance technology. Petition launched: We need a Philips Hue Bridge with more capacity 63 lamps should not be the maximum

63 lamps should not be the maximum

Several times a week I receive letters from users who have reached the capacity limit of the Philips Hue Bridge. 50 lamps are recommended by the manufacturer, up to 63 are theoretically possible. But in many cases that is no longer sufficient. New documents have appeared at FCC

Only about one and a half months ago, Philips Hue introduced the fourth generation of the Philips Hue LightStrip Plus – with rather few changes. Silent Friends of Hue switch: No new info from Sunricher Project put on hold?

Project put on hold?

Some weeks ago I was able to inform you about an interesting project of the Chinese manufacturer Sunricher. They have created a Hue-compatible switch, which has exactly the same dimensions as the known modules from the Friends of Hue switches. The major difference: By using an integrated button cell, the kinetic system for energy generation could be omitted, making the switch much quieter.
