It’s now clear that Philips Hue will officially unveil its new products on Thursday. As in previous years, there will be a media event in Berlin the evening before. Even more products than previously thought could be showcased there. I stumbled across three listings for the Philips Hue Gradient Signe in a European online store.
Last week, numerous new Hue products already leaked, including at Home Depot in Canada. Just a few days before the official launch, the North American retailer is now giving us another glimpse of what’s to come: The first details about the Philips Hue Liane 360° Rope Light have emerged. In the product images, this new release looks truly spectacular.
Once again, Philips Hue’s attempt at secrecy didn’t really work out. After the Philips Hue Wall Light Module for Nanoleaf Shapes appeared at Home Depot in Canada earlier this week, Philips Hue has now posted a complete support page on its own website dedicated to Nanoleaf integration. Philips Hue already revealed the name a few weeks ago, and now there are many more details about the Philips Hue Play Gradient Lightstrip Pro. The specifications have appeared in the support section of the Philips Hue website and provide us with numerous insights even before the official launch. First off, the most exciting news: The Hue Play Gradient Lightstrip Pro actually uses OmniGlow technology, which we’re already familiar with from the Hue OmniGlow lightstrip.
It seems almost certain that Philips Hue will unveil new products this coming Thursday. Some details have already leaked, and most recently, a AMA session with Hue creator George Yianni was announced for this very Thursday. The control hubs are also already being prepared for the launch of the new products.

The list of products we’re expecting from Philips Hue this fall just keeps getting longer. After discovering details this week about the new Nanoleaf module and the new kitchen lighting, we’re now moving on to a slightly modified light strip. The Hue OmniGlow Lightstrip will soon be available for outdoor use as well.
And the new products from Philips Hue keep coming. After the recent leak of the new Hue Wall Light Module for Nanoleaf’s smart LED panels, the focus now shifts to the kitchen. A hexagon icon was spotted in the Philips Hue app a few weeks ago, and now there are more details: A Philips Hue Wall Light Module is set to launch, allowing users to connect Nanoleaf’s well-known LED modules to the Hue app.
