FabianAfter the announcement at the beginning of the month, the new Philips Hue Resonate with the downward light beam is now available in the official online shop of Philips Hue. The wall lamp for outdoor use can be ordered for 119.99 euros. While the Resonate models, which can shine downwards and upwards, will remain 10 euros higher in price in February, the new release will remain at this price for now.
Get a pop of colour on your porch or patio! Featuring a downward triangle of light, this outdoor light adds a touch of sophistication. Use the included clip to make the beam narrower or wider to better suit your space.
The Hue Resonate measures 12 x 12 x 9.3 centimetres and has IP44 protection. The light output at 4,000 Kelvin is 590 lumens, at standard white it is still 350 lumens. However, one should not forget that mainly the wall is illuminated to create a nice atmosphere there. The Resonate is not suitable for bathing a whole terrace in bright light.
Besides the Resonate, Philips Hue has announced two more new releases for this spring:
- 21 February: Philips Hue Go Portable Table Lamp for 159.99 euros.
- 14 March: Philips Hue Tap Dial Switch with round holder for 49.99 euros.
