Philips Hue introduced new GU10 spotlights in the summer, with the White Ambiance and White and Color Ambiance models in particular benefiting from significant improvements. The new spots now achieve an impressive 350 lumens with standard white, and 400 lumens with 4,000 Kelvin. In addition, “deep dimming” is now possible and the service life has been increased from 15,000 to 25,000 hours.
All ceiling lights in which spotlights are used are also gradually being equipped with the new GU10 technology. Philips Hue had already converted the first models in the summer, and now more lights will follow. I have created a small overview for you based on the data from the German Hue store. At Philips Hue, it is best to check the “wattage of the lamp included in the scope of delivery”, which is 4.2 watts for the new GU10 generation, compared to 5.5 watts for the old generation. Another feature that makes it easy to identify the new generation is the 400 lumen light output at 4,000 Kelvin per GU10 spot.

Could you look at what’s happening with the Xamento recessed lighting for Bathrooms with your contacts? The product has been discontinued according to Philips Hue (emailed support). All the links and mentions of it have disappeared from their site (from the UK).
You mention it above. It might be a case of the old model number being replaced but their only IP44-rated product is currently the Adore model which isn’t available multi-colour.
Hard to say, in Germany they are available:
