After around ten years as CEO of Signify, the manufacturer of Philips Hue, Eric Rondolat is stepping down from his position. He will remain CEO until the Annual General Meeting on April 25, 2025, after which he will also step down from the Management Board. This was announced by the company this week.
“The Supervisory Board and Eric Rondolat have agreed that the time is right for a change of leadership. The Supervisory Board will now conduct the search for a successor and will consider both internal and external candidates,” reads an official statement from Signify. Eric Rondolat has been CEO and Chairman of the Board of Signify since May 2016.
