Even more service: Links for 14 countries

Today I would like to address you with a few words on my own behalf. As you have probably already realised, I come from Germany and originally started Hueblog as a German blog.

For a few years now, there has also been an English-language version on Hueblog.com, which I hope you enjoy visiting just as much. Until now, however, linking to Hue products has been extremely difficult for me because the Philips Hue website does not allow “global” links. The URLs for the individual countries are different, even if the product is identical at the end.

With the help of a WordPress plugin, however, I will be able to provide you with a little more convenience and a direct link to the Philips Hue online shop in future. All links have to be entered manually by me, so I'm limiting myself to 14 countries at the beginning – but according to the website statistics, these are the top nations that access the Hueblog.

These countries are included: USA, Great Britain, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Italy, France and Spain.

In future, if you discover a text link or the following product box in an article, you will be taken directly to the appropriate landing page.
